Twist my arm, a trip to Italy for work. With a 5 day tradeshow in Rome and a trip to the Almalfi Coast, it was a completely fabulous trip. Here are some - okay, tons - of my favorite shots.

Some friendly tourist-types offered to take a photo of me.
You know, instead of me taking one of myself which would have resulted in a double-chin, half of my forehead, and an out-of-focus monument.

The Colosseum never fails to astound me. One of my colleagues kept calling it "the big soccer stadium"

Vittorio Emmanuelle Monument
Fountain in Piazza Navona
Terrific restaurant in Piazza Navona. Complete with outstanding red wine and late-night loud Americans.
Incredible Caravaggio painting - a friend told me the history. The painting was a self-portrait. Ironically, Caravaggio died after being stabbed by a young man with a knife.
The always spectacular Pantheon
Heh heh, Pantheon Portrait
My favorite angel in Rome.
San Pietro
David, this one's for you...

Being a tourist on the Spanish Steps. Obviously, the dude next to me is thrilled to be sitting next to such a blatant tourist...
Trevi Fountain - one of the most spectacular and romantic places in Rome.
Villa Miani - Not the best photo ever, but a stunning spot for the tradeshow Gala - can't really beat a private villa overlooking the Basilica, Pantheon, and all of Rome, followed by a genius dinner, outstanding friends and fireworks.
Ahh, after the "very hard work" in Rome, I took a few days to visit the Amalfi Coast. This is the gorgeous view from my hotel room in Sorrento. Eh, not so bad.
Downtown Sorrento
The beach in Sorrento.
My future home...
A wall of limoncello. Heaven!
A self-proclaimed hopeless romantic and big fan of the movie "Under the Tuscan Sun", I couldn't resist a bus ride to Positano.

Goodbye Italy! The view from the plane.
